Having worked as an Estate Agent in the Mirfield area for over thirteen years, Natalie formed Wilcock and Co in February 2014 with one main vision- to provide a first class service with a personal touch.
Natalie was raised in Mirfield and with her extensive local knowledge and professional yet personable approach to selling and renting property, the business has grown from strength to strength.
Over the past two years, Natalie has built a strong and loyal client base and as our main valuer, welcomes appointments with customers old and new for sales and rental valuations.

Julie has been with the company since March 2018 initially as Sales Negotiator to co-listing properties alongside Natalie. She manages client relations handling a wide range of sale processes from listing to completion. Julie values the importance of listening to buyers and sellers, staying focused in what can potentially be a complex and stressful time, having a dedicated and positive approach Julie endeavours to build great working relationships. Julie has worked in estate agency since she was 18 years old and has lived in Mirfield since she was a teenager providing her with great local knowledge.

Having been part of the team at Wilcock & Co for over 2 years, Kelly is the first point of contact for all letting enquiries.  As a Letting Agent, we have a substantial managed portfolio throughout Mirfield and its surrounding areas.  Kelly works closely with our Landlords, offering a personal service whilst finding the perfect tenant for their property.  Kelly prides herself on the relationship she has with her tenants, from the first enquiry and throughout their tenancy.
